Thomas Michael Schliep, an experienced entrepreneur, and skilled operations strategist, successfully led the operations department of a startup to achieve remarkable sales of $104 million. This exceptional performance caught the industry's attention, resulting in a $231 million acquisition by the Campbell Soup Company.

After an accomplished 25-year career in the business world, Thomas embarked on a transformative journey towards mission-driven work, focusing on peacebuilding and serving the global good. He further enhanced his expertise through graduate degrees in Theology from Cornerstone University and Northern Seminary, specializing in Migration Theology. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Forced Migration from Oxford University's Refugee Studies Center to deepen his interdisciplinary understanding.

Today, Thomas dedicates his intellectual energy to studying peace and conflict, religion and conflict resolution, nonviolence, and nuclear disarmament.
