The Rt. Rev. Dr. Todd McGregor

The Rt. Rev. Dr. Todd McGregor has served as an Episcopal missionary for 30 years in Madagascar and Kenya. He was elected and consecrated Missionary Bishop in December, 2006, with the purpose of starting a new Diocese of Toliara, Madagascar. In 2013, he was elected as the first diocesan Bishop of Toliara. He oversaw the strategic plan, development, growth, and administrative needs throughout the diocese and was chief pastor for more than 10,000 Anglicans, 15 clergy, 20 evangelists and 110 widely-dispersed congregations. Prior to his election, McGregor served as Director of Evangelism and Mission in a remote mission area of Marsabit, Kenya. His responsibility was setting up and implementing growth in the northern part of the diocese.

Ordained as a Priest in the Anglican Diocese of Antananarivo in 1997, McGregor served in a variety of capacities, including starting a new international church, Director of Evangelism and Mission in the diocese, partnering with SAHASOA to start 10 medical clinics, and planning and implementing a school for evangelism in the country’s capital. Bishop McGregor has a DMIN from Gordon Conwell, a MDIV from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BA from Roberts Wesleyan.  Todd and his wife, the Rev. Dr. Patricia McGregor (Patsy), live in Hobe Sound, FL, and have two adult children.
