Mary Dolan

With a foundation in public school counseling, Mary Dolan served passionately in the field of school climate improvement and bullying prevention for over 20 years. She provided professional development at the state and national levels in research-based bullying prevention and comprehensive safe schools planning, and in topics such as conflict resolution, peer mediation, and relational aggression.
As a PA Safe Schools Coordinator, she led the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program trainers in the implementation of a nationally recognized Blueprint for Violence Prevention program. Recruited by the PA Department of Education, she authored the Pennsylvania Bullying Prevention Support Plan and helped develop the PA Bullying Prevention Consultation Line.
Mary is enjoying her retirement through community engagement in the Kiwanis Club of Elizabethtown, Elizabethtown Area Education Foundation, and Hope’s Haven Rescue and Youth Camp. However, she experiences the greatest joy in traveling with her husband Kevin to visit their children and spoiling their eight grandchildren.
