Marian Hoffman

Marian Hoffman is a Chattanooga native who earned her B.S. in Industrial Management from Clemson University. She began her career in Human Resources and Training with CBI Industries in Chicago and later with CIGNA, managing training initiatives and employee benefits programs for a decade. A career pivot led her to Le Cordon Bleu, where she completed an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts before relocating to New York City for her husband Mike’s career.

After the arrival of her three sons, Marian dedicated herself to raising her family, including significant advocacy and leadership within special-education communities. As her children grew, she expanded her service work, chairing major fundraisers and serving on the University of Notre Dame’s Library Council and Cavanaugh Council mentorship program. In 2021 she became a professional coach, supporting individuals navigating life transitions. She looks forward to returning to Chattanooga after completing ILI.
