Diego Peña

Diego Jesús Peña currently serves as a full-time arbitrator, mediator, and hearing examiner for the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS), American Arbitration Association (AAA), National Mediation Board labor panels, and various Texas state agencies. Mr. Peña is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.

He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s degree in history from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mr. Peña is a seventh generation Texan who resides in Bedford, Texas, along with his wife, Pia. They have three children and three grandchildren.
