Connie Chartrand

Most of Connie Chartrand's career was spent working in Financial Services at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. As Global Head of Talent Development for Morgan Stanley, she led a team whose goal was to help leaders, managers, and professionals maximize their potential. She received her Ed.D. in 2004 in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, where she also serves as adjunct faculty.
Prior to working in Financial Services, Connie lived and worked in Germany for the U.S. Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS). She has served on the New York City non-profit Board for the Association for Talent Development, and also volunteers at a local homeless shelter. Connie resides in New York City and Vermont with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Murphy.
