Lauren Fox

Lauren Fox joined ILI in March 2018 when she was appointed program director of the ND Leadership Initiative. Prior to joining ILI, Lauren served as the program director within Notre Dame's Development office for six years. In that role, her responsibilities included developing standardized processes and training opportunities for colleagues, planning and executing activities for executive officers, senior leaders, and benefactors to the University, and managing the experiences along the University's 175th Anniversary Celebration - the Notre Dame Trail. Previously, Lauren served as the communications and special projects coordinator for the Department of Theology.

Before coming to Notre Dame, Lauren studied at Franciscan University of Steubenville and the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed her bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations, at Indiana University South Bend. She also spent time as an undergraduate studying abroad in Austria and traveling throughout Europe.

Lauren and her husband, Joel, are high school sweethearts and South Bend natives. They have four children: Charlotte, Finn, Stella, and Henry. The family enjoys spending time outdoors and collaborating on home-building projects.
